ANNAPOLIS, MD (September 9, 2002) - Governor Parris N. Glendening today announced the appointment of Richard F. Pecora as Maryland Secretary of the Environment effective immediately. Acting Secretary Merrylin Zaw-Mon will resume her position as Deputy Secretary.
